SCAFKENYA which is an acronym of “The Sickle Cell Anemia Foundation – Kenya” is a not for profit non-governmental Organization that was founded in 2008 with a primarily focus on the provision of HEALTH, AWARENESS and HOPE for persons living with Sickle Cell Disease in Kenya. It’s mission is to provide medically-skilled care to persons living with SCD in a respectful yet self-sustaining organization with a special commitment to the underserved through facilities that meets their medical, psychological and physical needs.
