Nirvana Initiative is an organization set up for individuals affected by Sickle cell Disease. It is dedicated to spreading awareness and educating the general public about the disorder and at the same time change people’s orientation about those affected and the disease itself. It’s ultimate goal is the eradicate stigmatization and ignorance associated with Sickle cell disease.

We understand that there is a need for a safe haven and direct support for sickle cell individuals and their families, as they get lots of negative vibes, criticisms, harsh treatments, pity, etc. that is why we are here for them anytime. We are here to laugh with you, pray with you, hug you, support, empower and inspire you. We are a community and a family, we understand and we care.
