The Bridges Pointe Sickle Cell Foundation serves as a Support Service Agency. These services include but are not limited to: Medical Bill Assistance, Transportation, Career Counseling/Planning, Medical Co-Pay, Funeral/Burial Assistance, Housing, Clothing, Food, SSI/Disability Prep & Insurance Application assistance.
Mission:
To promote the development of supportive services for young adults with Sickle Cell Disease and to empower them for independent living and to enhance their quality of life.
