Ms. Paulette E. Ms. Forbes dissertation work focuses on the process of moving children with sickle cell from the pediatric to the adult health care system. Through her dissertation project, she aspires to contribute in building comprehensive, multidisciplinary transitional care models that promote seamless and effective transfer of medical care from the pediatric to adult healthcare system.
